Opportunities for All Ages:
Beautiful Savior offers a variety of ministries and programs designed to meet the needs of people – young and old, single and family, member and non-member – in a way that is positive, personal and meaningful.  These many programs are built on a foundation of caring relationships and a focus on growing faith while having fun!
We encourage you to come to any of the events and activities we have.  However, if you would first like to visit with a pastor or someone else from the congregation, please get ahold of us.
Below are some of the different groups in our congregation:
  • Women’s Ministry – Through women’s Bible studies, the LWML, retreats and other activities, much encouragement, growth, fellowship and fun is experienced.
  • Gold Club – This is a fellowship group for those who are retired and not so retired during the golden years of their lives. They meet monthly for a noon potluck. Other events may also be planned by them.
  • Parents with Children – We are a congregation with many children. Throughout the year we offer activities to serve families with young children through parenting classes and family events such as the “Advent Fun Shop” and the “Palm Sunday Party.”
  • Christian Development for Children – We seek to help children to grow in their faith and to live with Christian values through Sunday School, Midweek classes, Vacation Bible School, Youth Group and other programs.
  • Jr. High Youth – Programs for Jr. High school students, including confirmation ministries, LYF, Bible studies, servant events, Youth Praise Band and more.
  • Sr. High Youth – Programs for Sr. High school students, including Bible studies, LYF, servant events, Youth Praise Band and more.
  • Christian Day School – Beautiful Savior is connected with         Grace Lutheran School, a fully accredited Christian school for pre-school and Kindergarten through 8th grade.  We strongly encourage parents to consider sending their children there.  Financial assistance is available.  Contact the church office for more information.
  • Music Ministry – Through our praise band, choir, youth band, and special musical events, we nurture faith in those who participate and in those who hear.
  • Human Care – Through our ministry to new Americans, Great Plains food bank, Angel Tree and other programs, we seek to provide care and comfort to those in need throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area and beyond.
  • Missions & Outreach – Equipping God’s people to spread the love of Christ within the community and throughout the world.
  • Quilters – We have an active group of quilters who have fun as they provide for others in need.  You can participate in this activity even if you don’t know how to sew…  come and cut squares, tie corners and enjoy the fellowship!
  • Gardeners – Summertime social activity for our members who are garden enthusiasts ~ they like to get their hands dirty, enjoy each other’s company and have fun as they plant, weed and watch their garden grow.
